Illegible handwriting. Evidence on a memory stick. Patterns nobody spots. The paper occurrence book has had its day.
One platform. Every shift.
eDOB takes an incident from the first radio call to a resolved, evidenced record that clients, insurers and regulators can trust. Every incident makes the next shift smarter.
What eDOB does.
Incident reporting with AI
Automatic reference numbers, AI Quick Report to turn rough notes into a clear write-up, and camera OCR to capture details from documents and number plates.
Checklists
Timestamped completions and reminders for patrols, opening and locking-up.
Evidence vault
Upload files up to 1GB, malware-scanned, with password-protected share links.
Site maps
Named zones so every incident is pinned to exactly where it happened.
Live analytics
Thirteen live charts reveal repeat troublemakers, hotspots and high-risk hours.
Confidential medical reports
Sensitive first-aid records kept separate with restricted access.
Permissions, SSO and integrations
Granular user permissions, Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on, and connections to Google Sheets and Zapier. Accessibility settings include OpenDyslexic, colour inversion and font sizing, and eDOB works on mobile as an installable web app.

Getting ready for Martyn’s Law starts with the log.
Venues and events will need to show what they’ve done to prepare for terrorism risks. eDOB keeps a clear, timestamped, searchable record of checks, incidents and actions, so the evidence is ready when you’re asked for it.
