This policy applies to websites designed, built or managed by GuardDog Digital, a trading name of Ffon Solutions Limited. Websites hosted by Raleway are also covered by Raleway’s acceptable use policy.
You must not use your website to
- Break any law, including data protection, consumer protection and advertising rules.
- Make false or misleading claims about SIA licensing, Approved Contractor status, accreditations, insurance or the clients you work for.
- Publish content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trade marks or privacy, including client logos or photos you don’t have permission to use.
- Publish content that is defamatory, discriminatory, threatening or obscene.
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk email, or collect personal data without a lawful basis.
- Distribute malware, attempt to access systems without permission, or interfere with other customers’ services.
Recruitment content
Job adverts must be lawful and non-discriminatory, and applicant data collected through your website must be handled in line with UK data protection law.
What happens if this policy is broken
We may ask you to remove content, or suspend or remove content ourselves where there is a legal risk or a risk to other customers. Where possible we will contact you first.
