Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 October 2026

These terms apply to website design, development and support services provided by GuardDog Digital, a trading name of Ffon Solutions Limited (company number 14646146), registered office 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE (“we”, “us”). Our services are provided to businesses, not consumers.

1. Quotes and agreement

Each project starts with a written quote or proposal setting out the scope, price, payment option and timescales. A contract is formed when you accept it in writing. If anything in a signed proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal wins.

2. Our services

We will design and build your website with reasonable skill and care, in line with the agreed scope. Changes to the scope may affect the price and timescales, and we’ll agree them with you before going ahead.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide content, logos, accreditation details and feedback in good time.
  • Make sure you have the right to use anything you send us, including client names, logos, photos and testimonials.
  • Check that claims about your licences, accreditations and insurance are accurate and up to date.

4. Hosting

Websites we build are hosted by Raleway, also a trading name of Ffon Solutions Limited, under a separate hosting agreement. Raleway’s terms and acceptable use policy apply to hosting.

5. Fees and buy now, pay later

You can pay for your website upfront or, where offered, through our buy now, pay later option. With buy now, pay later, the website cost is included in your hosting agreement with Raleway and paid monthly over the agreed minimum term. If the hosting agreement ends before that term is complete, the remaining website balance set out in your agreement becomes payable. This is not a regulated credit agreement and no third-party lender is involved.

Invoices are payable within the period stated on them. We may pause work or services if payments are overdue, after giving you notice.

6. Ownership

You own the content you supply. When your website has been paid for in full, including any balance under buy now, pay later, we grant you a perpetual licence to use the design and code created for you. Third-party software, plugins, fonts and themes remain subject to their own licences.

7. Support and changes

Support requests can be sent to [email protected]. Minor amends included with your plan are described in your proposal or hosting agreement. Larger changes are quoted separately.

8. Data protection

Where we process personal data on your behalf, we act as your processor and will only process it on your instructions, keep it secure, use approved sub-processors, help you meet your obligations, and delete or return it at the end of the service. See our privacy policy.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue or contracts, and our total liability under any contract is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending the agreement

Either party may end a project if the other materially breaches these terms and doesn’t fix the breach within 30 days of written notice. You’ll pay for work completed up to that point.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
